During the years Carl C. A/S has obtained extensive experience and expertise in the production of steel constructions, steel towers, foundations and accessories, delivered to various businesses where durability and safety are given top priority. Therefore we mainly produce:

  2. Self supporting towers, guy wire towers and meteorological measurements
  3. High voltage towers and steel constructions for high voltage stations
  4. Road gantries for traffic information
  5. Floodlight towers

Standard solutions

Carl C. A/S has developed a wide range of steel constructions. Among other things we offer our self supporting lattice towers as standard solutions and can be delivered in heights up to 140 meters and installed with ladders, safety devices, antenna booms etc.

 

Development department

We continuously develop our product range and adjust it for any specific task. For all constructions we make statistic and dynamic calculations which comply with the existing standards, the demands from the authorities and the demands from the customers. 

 

Special tasks

Special tasks are highly prioritized at Carl C. A/S. New constructions are designed and calculated especially for the individual task. A very flexible production device ensures that special tasks are produced in the same high quality, even if it demands new production methods or arrangements.

Drawing office

The drawing office is one of the most important departments in the company. Here they design detailed drawings forming the basis of the subsequent production. The detailed drawings are made only on CAD in 2D or 3D. This ensures a very high accuracy of the individual parts which is necessary when the construction is assembled.

The drawing office consists also of a special production technical function which handles the planning and the optimization of productions, for example through minimization of material consumption, preparation of production methods, procedure specifications and production planning. 

Capacity

Carl C. A/S owns more than 8.000 m2 of factory buildings and 17.000 m2 of outdoor storage capacity. We employ about 45 people.
