1.3 Contact Forms


If you choose to use our inquiry function on the website to contact us, your information is stored in our backend and collected in an email, which is then sent to us via SMTP (Simple Mail Transfer Protocol).

The information in the email, if relevant, is transferred to our CRM system. Then, the data will be associated with an existing account with a similar email or created as a new contact.

Any follow-up on inquiries may result in us retaining contact information until the matter is resolved.

For inquiries, relevant information about the desired project, as well as information about the company and contact details, is collected. This information is used to prepare a specific offer and contact the sender. Inquiries that do not result in orders will be deleted after 0.5 – 1 year.

We do not disclose your information to third parties.
